Morning mood by the Zürichsee: a mown meadow path leads through a wildflower meadow with poppies down to the mist-veiled lake, gentle hills beyond in golden light.

Those who join early help shape it.

The Fellowship is the circle of those who help shape The Lake Sanctuary. What takes form here is a shared work: calm, committed, as equals.

The beginning is made by the Founding Fellows. They carry the venture through its early phase and help decide on its structures. The wider circle of Sanctuary and Gold Fellows follows: early enough to shape what is taking form. The two paths and the founding status are described in the section «Two paths and a founding status».

What the contribution covers

And how we settle together what it is worth.

The contribution covers everything that carries the everyday. Access to the house and the park, movement, rest, company and one person who knows you and who accompanies your health over the years.

What each person wants or needs individually is added as required. Deeper diagnostics, therapy, single treatments, the food. On terms reserved for Fellows. These services are billed individually, so that you pay only for what you use.

We are not naming the contribution here yet. We are settling it together with the first Fellows. Further down you will find how that works and how you can have your say.

Five principles

Three worlds under one roof

Integrative medicine, a trusting community and nature as a load-bearing element for body, mind and soul, joined in a single membership, in the same green setting, close to the lake.

Mental resilience as a pillar

Preventive psychological support is part of the membership, embedded in the rhythm of your week.

Integrative preventive medicine as practice

Here health is understood as a long-term practice: preventive, diagnosis-based, with diagnostics at university level.

Co-creation rather than consumption

Founding Fellows shape the concept, the programmes and the culture: in the Fellow Council, in twice-yearly Council Sessions and through the app.

Guidance rather than piecemeal services

Your personal Health Guide remains your constant point of contact throughout the membership, aligning diagnostics, treatment and everyday life.

A companion that grows with you.

At the centre stands a personal account that carries you through every phase: from the first conversation to everyday life in the house. From it grows the app that accompanies you each day: every element in one place, always at hand. We begin with five and develop them continually, in step with those who are there early.

Your personal Health Guide

Human and digital.

A companion team drawn from medicine, therapy and coaching, and a living picture of your health that joins diagnostics, trends and wearable data. You decide for yourself how deep it reaches.

Communities

Small enough to know one another.

Fellowship Circles of six to eight people and the exchange from Fellow to Fellow: recommendations, knowledge and offerings within the circle.

Programmes & experiences

Curated, in the rhythm of the year.

Journeys and Science Talks, shared dinner evenings and outings, with substance before show.

Co-creation

Your voice, built in.

Pulse check, programme resonance, open initiative: your voice is part of the day-to-day. How this works is shown by the three levels further below.

Service & logistics

Thought of before you ask.

Arrival across the lake, chauffeur and valet service, personal organisation. The practical recedes, so that the day is yours.

Hands at a linen-laid table. One resting on an open, empty notebook, the other holding a steaming dark cup; a plain fitness tracker on the wrist, copper vessels beside it in soft window light.

Seven elements: what is included in each and what can be chosen as needed. Click to enlarge.

Element 01

Arriving

The first appointment is a conversation: time in which someone listens and asks the right questions.

Included

the first conversation, the baseline with body composition measurement and heart rate variability, your Health Guide, the ninety days with their conversations, your digital health record, the welcome package.

As needed

further diagnostics and laboratory profiles, where a finding suggests it or you wish for it.

See it in the offer

Element 02

Moving

Strength that arrives in everyday life.

Included

unlimited use of the eGym circuits and the training floors in the Performance Floor and the Smart Movement Lab, all group offerings (yoga, meditation, mobility, masterclasses), the park and the movement stations within it.

As needed

one-to-one coaching, physiotherapy, osteopathy.

Element 03

Staying healthy

We attend to things before something is missing, and help when something is.

Included

the ongoing support of your Health Guide and of your doctor, the follow-up measurements of the four anchors, virtual care through the app and the tele-health access, the coordination of every appointment, including those outside this house.

As needed

deeper diagnostics and laboratory profiles, medical treatment, psychological support and coaching, technical regeneration methods such as altitude training, whole-body cold and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and intensive programmes over three to six months, where a subject needs more than the everyday.

See it in the offer

Element 04

Resting

The day sets itself down before it settles in.

Included

sauna and cold application, the pool, quiet zones, covered rest decks in the park that are used in winter too, silent pavilions for yoga and meditation, and the lake a few minutes' walk away.

As needed

massage and manual therapy, the private suites with their own sauna and cold-water pool for half a day for two.

See it in the offer

Element 05

Savouring

The good life, thought through in terms of health.

Included

access to the restaurant, the terrace and the Health Bar; taking part in the shared tables and the gatherings. Access belongs to the membership, and what you consume is charged as it is in any good house.

As needed

everything you eat and drink. Alongside that, the guest chef evenings and a few lighter days in the year: a deliberately reduced way of eating over a few days, medically supervised, that gives the metabolism a pause.

See it in the offer

Element 06

Belonging

A place where people know one another.

Included

the quiet rooms of the house, among them a silent room with books where the telephone stays in the bowl, and booths for confidential calls, because most of us work. The Fellowship Circles: small groups of six to eight people who accompany one another over years. The shared gatherings. And the right to propose two people each year who belong here.

As needed

This part costs only time.

See it in the offer

Element 07

Experiencing

What stays in the memory.

Included

the Science Talks and expert lectures, the monthly programme, the gatherings of the Fellowship.

As needed

the journeys, among them to the regions of the world where people grow old in notably good health, as well as special evenings and single formats outside the programme.

See it in the offer

The same thread runs through all seven elements: the same person, the same record, the same knowledge of you. All of it grows with the years.

As a Co-Creator, you shape what we become.

A club can be entered. A Fellowship comes into being. Those who join in this early phase step into an open process of shaping and help determine how an idea becomes lived practice.

We deliberately call this circle Co-Creators. It expresses a stance: your experience, your expectations and your measure of involvement flow into what The Lake Sanctuary becomes.

An invitation from this circle leads to a first, confidential conversation.

Three levels of co-creation.

Some things are settled, much is open. We make transparent what forms the frame, what you shape together and what each calibrates for themselves.

Backbone

What is settled.

Values, medical care and the character of the house are set. They give a hold and remain dependable.

Co-Created

What Fellows shape.

Programmes, rituals, the cadence of togetherness: much comes into being in dialogue with those who are there early.

Personally Calibrated

What each chooses for themselves.

Depth, pace and closeness of data you determine for yourself. Here, companionship means: fitted to you.

Five people sit in conversation around a rustic wooden table in a bright room with mullioned windows. Notebooks, a carafe and glasses on the table, a copper lamp above.

Two paths and a founding status

We had three categories. Looked at honestly, there are two paths and one role, and we would rather say it that way.

Sanctuary Fellow

The path most people take. Everything described on this page as included in the contribution. Early cohorts keep their entry contribution for an assured period, even once it rises for those who join later.

Gold Fellow

For people whose scarcest resource is time. The same core, and in addition a full session of coaching or therapy each month, preferred access to the technical treatments and to the private suites, a personal locker whose contents lie ready and fresh at the next visit, and once a month a guest who pays nothing.

The supplement buys relief: time, privacy, logistics that work by themselves.

Founding Fellow

A role, to be had fifty times. Founding Fellows help decide what this place looks like — from the contribution model to the programme. Their contribution is fixed for ten years, they sit on the extended admissions panel and they experience the house before it opens.

Those who wish to go further can take a stake in the company behind it. That is a separate decision and not part of the membership.

It is the price of being there early, with all the risk and all the freedom to shape it that come with that.

Later: a second way in

Some people are mainly looking for movement, water and community. For them there will be a second way in: at quieter times of day, in defined areas, without personal guidance. We will open it once the Fellowship is in place. Write to us if you would like to be noted down.

This page contains no investment recommendation and does not constitute a public offer to subscribe for equity securities.

The contribution and why there is no figure here yet

We could write a figure down. We have one, internally, from a fully costed model. And we are in conversations with the first Fellows just now in which we learn something each time that moves the figure. Publishing it now would mean ending a conversation we still want to have.

What we can say: it will be an annual contribution, because a year is the unit this place thinks in, and the unit in which health changes. Early cohorts will keep their contribution.

Tell us what it would be worth to you

This is the way this contribution comes about. In the Self-Portrait we ask you four things, and your answer goes straight into the decision:

  1. What do you spend in a year today on movement, rest and medical prevention — added up across all contracts and providers?
  2. What would a place like this be worth to you in a year?
  3. At what annual contribution would it become too expensive for you to consider at all?
  4. Below what annual contribution would you begin to doubt the quality?

We ask the last two deliberately. A price that is too low says as much about a place like this as one that is too high.

Anyone who completes the Self-Portrait receives a personal response on which path fits, and the figures, as soon as they stand, ahead of everyone else.

What we leave out

You can tell a place by what it leaves out, too.

No infusions without demonstrated benefit. No whole-body imaging without cause: the risk of overdiagnosis and incidental findings weighs heavier than the gain, and the radiological professional bodies see it the same way. No detox or energy-medicine language without a mechanism. And no promise of a younger age at the push of a button: no method marketed today demonstrably slows, halts or reverses human ageing.

We choose our partners by their stance, even where others would bring more reach.

It costs us attention. That is the price of being someone you can believe.

What we are working on right now.

We say openly where the venture stands. Substance shows itself in openness, too.

Already invited?

If someone from the circle has passed on an access to you, set up your personal account here at your leisure.

Set up access

The path into the first cohort.

No invitation yet? The first step is the self-portrait: a confidential questionnaire in which we come to know your circle of values and your expectations. From it grows, where it fits, a personal conversation.

The way here leads through invitation and conversation.

The aim: to live on your own terms for as long as possible, to stay mobile, and to spend time with the people who matter to you. Everything on this page serves that one purpose.

Begin a dialogue

Confidential, around twenty minutes.
