The Lake Sanctuary is still in an early phase. For those who wish to help build it, there are three ways in: team, partnership, research.
Joining the team
We are building a team of experienced specialists and independent practitioners in the therapeutic field, for body, mind and soul. We are in confidential conversations with the first of them. We will name them once they can appear publicly. Specific roles and openings will follow as the detailed medical concept takes shape.
Until then, an invitation stands: if you might be a fit for us, introduce yourself. Whether as a doctor, therapist, Health Guide, hospitality or culinary profile, in movement or coaching.
A good neighbour
The care that defines The Lake Sanctuary does not end at our own threshold. We want to be a good neighbour, rooted in the community by the Zürichsee where we are at home.
The Lake Sanctuary opens up in defined ways: a café open to the neighbourhood, access to our garden at set times, and «Open Days» when we welcome the local area in. The quiet, greenery and clean air we tend should serve the place too.
This sits well with the exclusivity our Fellows experience. The quiet core, with the personal guidance and the rooms for health, stays discreet and reserved for Fellows. What opens up is what can be shared without disturbing that calm. For us the two belong together: a place with standards that remains part of its community.
And we see ourselves as a multiplier for the local setting: we invite restaurants, hospitality, wellness and a regional network of referring doctors to work with us, so that guests and community alike benefit.

Beyond medical and brand partners, we seek a bond with the region itself: restaurants, hospitality and wellness around the Zürichsee with whom we grow together. We bring attention and standards, you bring your craft; together the local offering is broadened and made easier to enjoy for all.
Research and academic anchors
The Lake Sanctuary is conceived as a place accompanied by science: through study collaborations, teaching and an independent scientific advisory board of scientists at a university centre. The first academic conversations are under way; we will name those involved once they can appear publicly.

Scientific advisory board
Scientists at a university centre who review our methodology once a year and bring their research experience to The Lake Sanctuary: in concept, guidance and academic grounding. Oversight thus lies outside the company.
The Local Sanctuary Group AG is in formation. We discuss involvement and partnerships in advance, without yet making formal offers of employment or contract.
